I have been a resident in Montgomery County since 1977. I grew up in Potomac, MD. I Graduated from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD earning a B.S. Degree in 1989. After graduating, I pursued several areas of interest: retail banking, Operations Management, human resources and ultimately found Real Estate. In 2003 I decided to pursue my passion and get a Real Estate License. I excelled as a compassionate, knowledgeable Real Estate Agent and have grown into Broker who leads by example.

Since 2003, I have been a practicing, licensed Residential Real Estate Agent. In 2009 became a Broker. I am a Broker in : MD,DC & VA.

My husband and I founded The Crawford & Lee Team in 2004. The team excelled consistently selling over $25+ million in volume a year in real estate volume putting us in the top 1% of Real Estate Agents in Montgomery County, MD. Since 2003, The Crawford & Lee Team has represented hundreds of Buyers & Sellers. The Crawford & Lee Team continues with John Lee as the Team Leader.
